Rate for each room is $159 per night and does not include an 11.7% room tax, hotel fees and gratuities.

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside 72 hours (or 3 days) prior to your arrival date, your deposit is refundable less a $25.00 processing fee.

Participants from foreign countries are urged to obtain entry and departure documents as early as possible, if needed. US Homeland Security and Customs/Immigration have slowed down the processes considerably and changed several rules in the past year.
